Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
The functionalities on the website https://admin.zingodelivery.com (the “Website”) and the ZINGO mobile application (the “App”), commonly referred to as the “Platform”, through which Hospitality Partners are allowed to offer their products and services for sale to the Client.
Hospitality Partners i.e Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Lounge, Cloud kitchen, Grocery stores and Kirana etc.
ZINGO will act as an intermediary in the Hospitality Partner's relationship with the Client and as such ZINGO cannot be held liable in any form for non-conformities of the products and services offered by the Hospitality Partner through the Platform and/or for the guilty actions of the Client in relation with the Hospitality Partner.
Delivery Partner has delivered the orders from Hospitality Partner to Client and accepts payments through the ZINGO platform or cash on delivery.
ZINGO is not liable for any acts or omissions on part of the Hospitality Partner including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of order/order mismatch, quality, incorrect pricing, deficient quantity, time taken to prepare the order, expired product etc.

Cancellation and refund policy & Delivery timeline:
Our ZINGO takes up to 30 minutes of delivery timing to deliver the order.
i. You cannot cancel an Order once the Restaurant has provided its confirmation.
ii. In the event You have provided incorrect particulars, e.g., contact number, delivery address etc., or that You were
unresponsive, not reachable or unavailable for fulfilment of the services offered to You, You will not be eligible for any refunds.
iii, No replacement / refund / or any other resolution will be provided without the Restaurant's permission.
iv. Any complaint, with respect to the Order which shall include instances but not be limited to food spillage, foreign objects in food, delivery of the wrong order, You will be required to share the proof of the same before any resolution can be provided.
v. You shall not be entitled to a refund in case instructions placed along with the Order are not followed in the form and manner You had intended. Instructions are followed by the Restaurant on a best-efforts basis.
vi. All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received, unless refunds have been provided to You in the form of credits, refund amount will reflect in your account based on respective banks policies in the time span of 6 to 7 working days.
